Our Annual Conference is free to attend for Consortium Members and invited guests, and features a program designed to optimize learning, networking, and professional development opportunities. 

This year's conference program and hotel block takes place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Chicago. 

This year, we're happy to extend an invitation to colleagues from schools outside of the IES Abroad  Consortium to attend the conference. 

Registration is still a free benefit of membership for Consortium member institutions and will be $750 for registrants from non-Consortium schools.

We believe this will provide opportunity to expand and integrate more perspectives, further inclusivity, and include a wider representation of colleges and universities.

If you are interested in attending this year's Conference and you are not a member of our Consortium, please fill out the 2024 Annual Conference Interest Form so that we can send you additional details and updates. 

Additionally, we invite you to submit a topic you're interested in seeing covered at the Annual Conference and/or submit a proposal for a presentation you would like to present at the Annual Conference. The deadline to submit is Wednesday, May 15 at 4 p.m. CT. 

Submissions will be reviewed by our 2024 Program Planning Committee, and we will be in contact with you if your proposal is accepted.
